Mitigation Service Details

EIM holds your payment in Escrow until the Mitigation hearing. Your Infraction will be paid and a refund will be calculated. The Mitigation and processing fee of 23% will be deducted from the difference between the original and reduced Infraction fee when mitigation is successful. (23% for Mitigation regardless of amount)
