Pay Infraction

Our clients simply pay their Infraction in full. EMI will process clients payment to the state,  county, district or issuing Authority.  Client will receive an issued notice by email, their case/ infraction has been settled and discharged by the court. 

Upload Infraction

Select either a Mitigation Hearing. No in-person appearances are required. Choose the option that best fits your situation.

Mitigate Infraction

Infractions must be uploaded within 20 days of the violation date. Full payment is required before service begins. Partial refunds are issued 7–10 days after mitigation is complete. Users are responsible for any additional court costs not listed on their infraction.
